I teach meditation and yoga online and offline in Goa
My approach and goal
Starting feeling better physically and mentally and getting more control over their life is my goal for people who come to practice with me. That's why on my classes besides meditation I use physical and breathing exercises and yoga postures as well to deepen connection with mind and body as well. So people can be more sensitive and aware about what's going on with them in both dimensions.
If to put side esoteric theories and religious visions, from the point of view of science meditation physically develops exact parts of the brain responsible for our cognitive abilities and stimulates producing some hormones and neurotransmitters effecting our mood, concentration and can say quality of presence and making decisions in our lives. That's also maximum concentrated time given to self for development. Which is equal to getting to know personal (inner) truth, reconciliation with it and moving forward accordingly, with less self resistance or self destruction.
In dimension of mind all that means meditation leads to peace and clearer perception of life challenges and strugglings. Clearer mind takes better decisions which bring more satisfaction. Exploring self through meditation you get to know your power and start to use it more consciously.

Online and offline format
Meditation together helps to start your personal practice and supports it same time. I do it online as well as offline. For now I conduct occasionally group classes offline in North Goa and mostly private regular classes online and offline where all my attention and efforts goes to one person considering their individual request, circumstances and characteristics. Though I have one online group as well but it's in Russian not English. It becomes a group class starting from two participants.
One class lasts one hour. After the first meeting I recommend to sign up for 8/16 sessions pack with at least two sessions a week because regular practice is the key for getting deeper results and clear cumulative effect.
A class includes meditation, physical and breathing exercises to support and intensify meditation process itself. Also I answer the questions and give some practical tips for the practice every class. You don't have to have any previous experience. But if you have the sessions can help you to understand your past experience better. I welcome every practitioner curious about understanding their inner self and willing to live more peaceful, emotionally stable and happy life.
